This position of Marketing & Category Development Specialist leads the coordination and implementation of marketing plans targeted to Italian and Spanish retailers, ensuring that all initiatives deliver excellence in in-store execution.
The role works closely with multiple internal and external teams — including local Sales, Distributors, Field Sales, and Retail partners — to champion, communicate, and roll out activation plans across all Skin Care Brands.
Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, as the role requires managing complex stakeholder networks and using data insights to optimize performance and continuously improve results.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
- Brand Strategy
Translate global brand priorities into effective local ATL/BTL plans that drive profitable growth. - Brand & Category Planning
Support annual planning, budget management, and preparation for local and regional performance reviews. - In‑Store Activation
Create integrated in‑store activation plans that boost shopper engagement and support core ranges and NPD launches. - Channel & Retailer Collaboration
Work with Sales to tailor activation plans using shopper insights, trade knowledge, and sell‑out data. - POS & Trade Materials
Lead development of retailer‑specific POS, displays, trade assets, and planograms, ensuring compliance and SKU focus. - Forecasting
Partner with the Forecasting Manager to ensure accurate planning and supply of visibility materials. - Reporting & Analysis
Provide sell‑in, sell‑out, consumer and financial reporting (Circana/Nielsen) to support performance tracking and decision-making.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
We’re looking for an someone with Category/ Trade Marketing/ Marketing experience ideally gained within an FMCG or Cosmetics business. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
Here’s what we are looking for:
• Experience, ideally with experience in a previous Sales / Trade Marketing role
• Analytical, critical thinking and results oriented.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the FMCG business model.
• Experience working assertively, flexible and collaborative with individuals and teams located externally
• Proactivity and reliability to take on new projects.
• Strong level of English, Spanish is a Plus
