Position Summary:

This role provides full project management support to the Safety team (and cross-functional teams) to ensure

successful commercialization of all product categories in scope with emphasis on products related to hygiene, wet shave,

razors, etc.

Responsible for creating raw material risk assessments and CPSRs and ensuring safety data integrity in the system

of record (e.g., PLM), and product information files (PIFs).

 

 

Accountabilities:

  • Manages project trackers in area of responsibility
  • Represents Safety in cross-functional teams for all new project in area of responsibility
  • Ensures Safety project management milestones are integrated into the overall project timelines and                                                                                                                            ensures Safety milestones are on track for all projects
  • Helps manage data entry in system of record (e.g., PLM) for raw materials and formulations in area of

          responsibility.

  • Compiles raw material risk assessments and CPSRs for projects in area of responsibility
  • Manages clinical and in vitro testing for projects within area of responsibility
  • Helps manage PIF documentation to ensure documentation completion (e.g., raw material files,

         pertinent study reports, safety evaluation reports)

  • Ensures reconciliation of PLM with PIF archives
  • Ensures high data quality and integrity (e.g., resolves data discrepancies between PIFs and PLM)
  • Interfaces with cross-functional partners and vendors to ensure documentation completion for projects

           in scope

  • Manages SDS program for projects in scope
  • Manages WERCs program for products in scope
  • Represents company at various meetings, as needed (e.g., Society of Toxicology, PCPC, CE)

 

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in toxicology or related disciplines (Master’s strongly preferred)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant industry 
  • Experience with project management, raw material and formulation toxicological reviews, and testing                                                                                                                    strategy and oversight

 

Required Skills:

  • Excellent organizational, prioritization abilities, tracking and follow-up skills
  • Ability to complete projects on time and handle multiple parallel projects
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, communication and interpersonal, and record keeping skills                                                                                                               
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks / projects simultaneously and bring them to completion on time
  • Self-starter with ability to think and act independently and to make sound decisions
  • Fast learner with a flexible style and the ability to adjust to changing business priorities
  • Ability to interface with internal and external contacts at all levels

 

Work Environment

  • Position is remote
  • Some travel may be required
