This is a great choice for an experienced senior HR professional as it requires owning the HR operations for our new manufacturing plant in Aguascalientes. We’re looking for a someone with HR manufacturing experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black, Cremo and recently acquired Billie… just to name a few!).
 
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
You will be reporting to the Senior HR Director (based in the US), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within our new site which will grow to 24/7 operation with 1,300 people.  You will work closely with plant management to ensure that HR strategies align with the overall business objectives and foster a joyful and positive culture. Key areas of focus include; Strategic HR Leadership, Talent Acquisition and Management, Teammate Relations, Culture, Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Policies, Organisational Development, and HR Metrics & Reporting. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have significant HR Leadership experience gained within the Manufacturing industry  
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred
•    Significant progressive HR leadership experience gained within the Manufacturing industry, ideally Consumer Goods 
•    Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Mexico
•    Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•    OVH cost management and analytics
•    Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
•    Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and HR systems 
•    Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in Mexican Spanish and English
