Job Objectives
Plans, organizes, and directs the essential quality assurance activities and functions for the blades used in the Aguascalientes Plant's production lines. Coordinates quality activities for each part of the blade production process, from stamping to packaging for use.
Ensures compliance with all quality and regulatory requirements, participates in quality events, resolves problems, prepares technical reports, and presents information.
Ensures compliance with procedures.

Job Functions
Participate in establishing plant quality objectives in conjunction with production management.
Utilize computer systems for data analysis related to specifications and quality criteria for blades (SAP, Minitab, Microsoft, etc.).
Motivate the team and provide training and mentoring to direct and indirect reports.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Minimize the risk of and exposure to nonconformities and deficiencies in meeting product specifications.
Oversee all quality investigations to ensure their timely resolution.
Conduct management reviews of the Quality Management System.
Plan, implement, and evaluate continuous improvement in quality and process control.
Ensure that corrective actions are taken to eliminate the root causes of nonconforming products.
