Position Objectives

Supervise operations on the production floor based on production orders, allocating the necessary resources to complete them within the required timeframe and in accordance with production standards and quality requirements for our customers. Ensure adherence to procedures, work instructions, and quality specifications, while guaranteeing that workers have the necessary resources (machinery, tools, safety equipment, training, etc.).

Job Responsibilities

1) Assign personnel to specific tasks based on individual experience and skills to ensure optimal production line performance. 2) Allocate materials to the appropriate locations in accordance with work orders. 3) Record daily production output. 4) Deliver finished products to the warehouse along with the corresponding documentation. 5) Assist with machine adjustments to prevent production line stoppages. 6) Address immediate production issues, such as staffing shortages, material shortages, or equipment malfunctions. 7) Report production line details and status updates to the Production Manager. 8) Ensure work orders are available for the current and upcoming shifts. 9) Maintain the area logbook, noting any issues or details that arise during the shift. 10) Provide training to new employees. 11) Assign personnel based on their skills.
