Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

You will be reporting to the local Value Stream Manager and will be responsible for compliance with the Production Program, management of the staff, constant training, and adherence to the standard work according to the company's objectives following the principle of continuous improvement in decision making. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

Ideally you will have significant production experience gained within the consumer goods/cosmetics/retail industry

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

• Industrial Engineer or related qualification
• Experience on Manufacturing Processes
• Leadership Skills
• Problem Solving
• Desicion Maker
• Ability to work within varied cultural teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Organized and multi-tasking
• Fluent in English and Spanish
