JOB PURPOSE
The Procurement Coordinator, based in Aguascalientes, is responsible for executing day-to-day 
procurement activities that support the operational needs of Edgewell’s Latin America business. This 
includes full ownership of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process—from supplier sourcing to payment—
ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal policies and procedures.
This is a hands-on, tactical role focused on the execution of sourcing activities, supplier management, 
contract administration, and the local implementation of regional procurement strategies. The 
Procurement Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the continuity of supply and operational 
efficiency at the site level and will report directly to the Indirects Procurement Sr Coordinator based in 
Mexico City.
In addition to supporting the Aguascalientes factory, the role will also provide temporary procurement 
support to the Obregón plant and the Pack Center, ensuring consistent procurement execution and 
alignment across all operational sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Procure-to-Pay Process Optimization: Own and optimize the end-to-end P2P process, ensuring 
timely requisitioning, purchase order issuance, invoice processing, and payment in compliance 
with internal controls.
2. Lead the Sourcing Process through RFX: Manage sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs 
for indirect categories, ensuring competitive bidding, supplier evaluation, and selection 
processes are followed.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across 
corporate and operational functions to understand procurement needs, align on priorities, and 
deliver value-added solutions.
4. Implement Regional Procurement Strategies: Translate and execute regional procurement 
strategies at the country level, ensuring alignment with broader LATAM objectives and 
compliance with corporate policies.
5. Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable 
terms and conditions. Oversee contract drafting, execution, and compliance monitoring.

6. Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key 
suppliers to ensure service quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
7. Operational Procurement Oversight: Supervise procurement activities related to the 
Aguascalientes factory, providing guidance and oversight to the local team member supporting 
operational purchasing.
8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure procurement activities adhere to internal policies, 
audit requirements, and risk mitigation practices to safeguard business continuity.
9. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track procurement KPIs, analyze spend data, and 
provide regular reporting to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and 
supplier performance enhancements.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a strong track 
record of delivering value across indirect categories. Preferred experience includes managing 
procurement Supply Chain and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) categories, 
demonstrating both operational execution and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Procure-to-Pay Process Optimization: Experience in streamlining and enhancing the procure-topay process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and 
regulations.
• Proficiency in Sourcing Processes: Expertise in managing the sourcing process through RFXs 
(Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal, and Requests for Quotation).
• Contract Lifecycle Management and Negotiation: Proven ability to lead the end-to-end contract 
lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing commercial agreements.
Adept at collaborating with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to drive timely and 
effective contract outcomes.
• Remote Team Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead and empower small 
teams. Skilled in setting clear goals, maintaining structured communication, and fostering a 
collaborative culture. Experienced in managing remote team members. 
• Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies that 
align with the organization's overall business goals.
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: The ability to work closely with internal 
stakeholders, including the senior leadership team, to ensure procurement strategies support 
overall business objectives.
• Supplier Relationship Management: The ability to establish and maintain strong relationships 
with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply, foster collaboration, and monitor supplier 
performance. 
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze procurement performance metrics 
and identify areas for improvement.
• Risk Management: Experience in developing and enforcing risk management strategies to 
minimize supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
