Generic Description (Main Purpose)
Develop the required production schedule for each shift in accordance with customer requirements, while ensuring the timely supply of raw materials to supermarkets, to support uninterrupted production and fulfill customer demand.
Main Duties

Review the previous day’s production schedule to identify progress made on scheduled products and prepare the updated production plan.

Prepare the daily production schedule to ensure the required output is achieved.

Verify inventory levels needed for production to ensure shift requirements are met.

Coordinate with Supply Planning regarding finished goods production to meet customer requirements.

Set production priorities to maintain the proper sequence in line with customer needs.

Conduct physical raw material inventories to determine daily requirements are met.

Monitor priority changes and provide feedback to the Supply Planner

Coordinate fulfillment of orders for US, EU, APAC and LATAM

Maintain healthy inventory levels for internally manufactured products, including Semi-Finished Goods (SemiFG) and Finished Goods (FGs), while minimizing SLOB exposure and supporting inventory optimization.

Coordinate with Operations to ensure all required orders are completed by month-end, Replace closed orders.

Maintain the system clean from COGI Errors (inventory errors) due to planning.

Audit the post office process.
