Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
As the Edgewell Personal Care Sales Analyst, you will support the Sales & Leadership Team with business intelligence tools and analysis.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Planning sales to deliver accurate valorisation of volumes.
  • Establishing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts, ensuring consistency across Sales, Finance, and Demand data sources.
  • Validating prices and conditions against commercial agreements.
  • Acting as a liaison between Sales, Finance, and Demand Planning to reconcile plans.
  • Tracking and monitoring sales performance versus targets, providing daily updates and analysis.
  • Updating monthly customer tools and trackers, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Monitoring strategic imperatives such as volume essentials, price increases, and promotional investments.
  • Delivering analysis to explain gaps between plans and actual sales.
  • Supporting internal focus groups with relevant data and insights.
  • Providing variance analysis for Finance to manage business performance.
  • Using collaborative tools (e.g., Power BI) to analyse business opportunities and risks.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving issues within scope.
  • Bridging insights between sell-out analysis (Marketing), FSF activity (filed sales force), and tracked performance.

 

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable handling large, unstructured datasets and extracting actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex functions) and ability to create clear, concise reports and presentations.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Finance, Sales, or SRGM Analyst in a multinational, structured environment.
  • Familiarity with French commercial environment (terms, pricing); FMCG experience is a plus.
  • Excellent priority management and ability to work under tight deadlines with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and diplomacy skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
  • Experience with customer planning tools (e.g., Promax).
  • Ability to quickly learn SAP functionalities.
