So you’ve done your research, found a job you are interested in, and clicked apply … now what?
The Talent Acquisition team review every single application against the requirements of the role, and select the most closely matched individuals for the next stage which will typically be a telephone or video interview. The recruiter will spend time with you to understand more about your motivational fit, career aspirations, and key skills.
It will also be your first chance to ask questions about the role, and Edgewell.
Hiring Manager Interview
The hiring manager will work with the Talent Acquistion team to select a shortlist of candidates to invite for interview. Typically, this will be face to face with the hiring team, and will be structured as a competency based interview (don’t worry, we will help you prepare for it). We will explore your experience and career aspirations in more detail.
This is also your chance to ask all those important questions to help you make your decision about whether this is the role for you.
Final Assessment
The hiring team will review the evidence gathered at the previous stages and select the very best candidates for a final stage. You may be required to complete an online ability tests or psychometric assessments before meeting for the final interview.
This interview is likely to be face to face with the hiring manager and a senior leader, and perhaps some of the key team members. As we are a global organisation, you may meet some people over video conference.
This stage could entail a case study, or a presentation, and will also be a chance to explore your suitability in more detail. Once again, we will let you know everything you need to in good time to prepare properly.
