Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the Marketing team with a focus on identifying and developing suncare innovations for Australia and New Zealand.

This role will be accountable for the following:


•    Understanding and analysing local and global trends 
•    Partner with the local hubs and international markets to bring the voice of the consumer into the innovation process and action feedback
•    Responsibility for the ingredients and formulation strategy for all local suncare products 
•    Manage product development projects including briefing, technical development, NPD launch planning and commercialization 
•    Track and monitor all development costs in conjunction with global R&D to ensure costs are kept within budget
•    Clearly communicate the product benefits to key stakeholders
•    Lead internal processes and stage gate approvals
•    Retailer engagement and influence 
•    Ongoing commercial portfolio management 
•    Regulatory and legal environment – partner with legal and regulatory to ensure compliance

 

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 
Ideally you will have experience in New Product Development, Marketing Innovation gained within the suncare, cosmetics or skincare industry.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:


•    Genuine passion for Suncare 
•    Highly commercial and strong analytically 
•    Have proven understanding and knowledge of Australian & New Zealand regulations 
•    Excellent project management skills 
•    Have excellent communication and presentation skills that can persuasively sell-in strategies to senior cross-functional stakeholders
•    Cultivates, nurtures and grow relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers internally and externally
