We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Banana Boat, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare… just to name a few!).

 


Now, Let’s Get Down to Business...

 

Reporting to our Distribution Sales Manager this position will Execute and control the development plan of the assigned channel, through establishing and maintaining a healthy and productive business relationship with each of the clients. Maximizing the potential of current clients, through the commercial plans negotiated and carried out with them, in order to boost the growth of the Company's business.

 

Also it will implement distribution, promotion, exhibition and increase the presence of products in customer locations, so that the channel's business objectives are met.Follow up on the reinvestment or merchandising program built together with the Client (sales force, displays, promotional materials, pop material) to optimize resources and avoid deviations and detect areas of opportunity related to inventory control, shrinkage, level of product movement, low visibility and disadvantages with respect to the competition, implementing actions that ensure their solution and business growth in the assigned channel.

 

Carry out the most appropriate product display and promotional plans, to ensure the movement of products and optimize the resources and support that the company provides to customers, design and carry out a monthly itinerary to cover the needs of all your channel clients and maintain products on display at the client's site to ensure their optimal condition and correct location.

 

Hybrid work, home and from co-working offices assigned by the Company, at least once a week and when the business requires it.

Field visits around the island, shops, client meetings on a regular basis is an imperative.

Meeting trips outside of PR when the Company requires it.

 

 

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

 

Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail company.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

-Customer account management or commercial experience
-Knowledge of the market, distribution and the main players in Puerto Rico and their processes
-Experience of P&L management
-Willingness to work collaboratively and autonomously
-English level: business fluid, capable of mantain a professional conversation
-Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, power point and word)
-A real passion for sales
-Knowledge of how supply chains operate in the assigned channel
-Knowledge of the main distributors in Puerto Rico and their processes
-Mechanisms for promoting and displaying products at points of sale
-Management of sell in – sell out, inventories
-Understanding of the sales-collection cycle
