This is an exciting new position supporting the implementation of Strategic Revenue Growth Management (SRGM) initiatives in Iberia to drive profitable growth for Edgewell.
Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).


Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Business Development Manager Iberia and dotted line to SRGM Italy & Iberia, this role will support the Commercial team by providing the sales data, analysis, recommendation and insights to guide and facilitate sales effectiveness and profitability. 
This role will provide analysis and reporting to aid in revenue optimization decisions e.g. promotional reviews, cost price increase tracking, and competitor price and promotion tracking. They will use sales, category and shopper data and other performance metrics to support decision making and course correction to business plans. 


This role will need to use Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools. There will be a requirement to extract, load and transform data from Edgewell and Distributor databases to build and enhance models. 
Responsibilities will also include data validation across sources, documentation of tools, administration of Power BI tool workspace and any other support tasks that would enhance the delivery speed of Revenue Management initiatives.


Here’s What You Will Get Up To:


•    Provide analysis and reporting to aid in revenue optimization decisions e.g. promotional reviews, cost price increase tracking, competitor price, promotion tracking, mix management & trade terms.
•    Work with the finance team to support distributor sales team to improve growth, tenders and pricing.
•    Monitor implementation of pricing strategy. Assist in tracking RSP’s etc.
•    Develop or enhance tools (Power BI etc) for use by commercial team and train teams to embed WOW and improve usage. Validate data and design reports & build dashboards dependent on business needs.
•    Data extract, transform and load from multiple data sources. Collaborate with business users and D&A team to scope the requirements & secure data required.
•    Assist Business Development Manager and Finance with volume reconciliation; Forecast vs plan for business reporting.
•    Work with Distributor commercial team to manage returns process.
•    Support with month end reporting providing region specific requirements & details for inclusion in Commercial Reports and budget review meetings.


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have some experience in Sales/ Marketing Analytics within the Consumer Goods industry. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love it when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.


Here’s What We Are Looking For


•    Experience in analytical department in FMCG or similar environment is desirable.
•    University degree – economic, business management, finance or mathematic profile needed.
•    MS Office excellence (EXCEL, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Word), Power BI. Visual Basic for Applications will be an asset.
•    Very good knowledge of Spanish and English (written and spoken)
•    Experienced in KPI reporting and Dash-boarding, preferably in Power BI.
•    Experience with data modelling, power query and DAX in Power BI.
•    Real passion to crunch data to enable business insights.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated and ability to respond quickly and adapt to changes in priorities driven by a dynamic marketplace.
•    Strong analytical mindset
•    Strong desire to learn and create a positive impact on business outcomes.
•    Excellent spreadsheet skills, ability to deliver clear and brief reports and presentations based on data.
